Justina Ortiz
Founder & CEO

I have been in Real Estate for over 10 years. My career began as a Loan Processor, which pushed me to pursue my Real Estate License in 2004 and worked as a loan and sales agent until 2007. When the downturn began, I quickly realized I needed a new plan, San Francisco Transaction Coordinators was the solution.

I came to realization that I really enjoyed creating order out of chaos and who better than an actual, licensed agent to work on your files?

I strive to bring a different perspective and attitude compared to the average coordinator. I treat clients and transactions as my own, and I understand the importance of timelines, organization skills, and constant communication. All of these qualities help to assist you to get your files done, on time, and correctly.

Throughout the changes in the market I have been able to adapt to the current Real Estate Industry. I have great knowledge of the San Francisco Bay Area. I've dealt with many different types of transactions, REO, short sale negotiations, investments, and much more. I truly know what it takes to get the job done.
